Shipping & Delivery

We understand how exciting it is to receive everything you’ve ordered for your little one! Sometimes, to deliver items more quickly, we may ship products from different warehouses, resulting in multiple packages. To make sure all your items are on their way, please check your order confirmation page for multiple tracking numbers. If there’s more than one, you should receive the rest of your order shortly. If you’re unsure or still missing items, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered when they are still in transit or awaiting final delivery. We recommend waiting 3 days as packages often show up within that time frame. If it’s been longer than 3 days and your package still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to track it down.
Sometimes tracking information may not update for a few days, even though your package is still en route. If there hasn’t been any update for 5 days, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to investigate the issue and ensure your package is on track for delivery.
During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on your location and shipping method. Orders with free shipping typically take 2-5 days to arrive, while expedited shipping options (1-3 days) offer faster delivery, similar to Amazon Prime speeds! Please note that your order may be split into multiple packages to get items to you quicker.
We’re excited to deliver to your location, wherever that may be. After checkout, you’ll receive tracking information, and delivery times will be estimated based on your location. Please note that duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery, and these are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects.

The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but you’ll be provided with an estimated delivery date at checkout.
99% of orders are processed and shipped within one business day. In the rare case that processing takes longer (due to payment issues, address verification, or product availability), we’ll reach out to you promptly to let you know.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Order Issues

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping information, contact us right away. While many of our orders ship within just a few hours, we’ll do our best to catch it in time and update your address. If the order has already shipped, we’ll work with you on the next steps to ensure your package reaches you safely.
If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Our fulfillment process moves quickly, but if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can adjust it for you. The faster you reach out, the more likely we’ll be able to make changes before it’s too late!
If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us as soon as possible. Since most orders ship within a few hours, it’s important to act quickly. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund your payment right away.
If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email, first check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to resend it to the email address you provided during checkout.
If your payment didn’t go through, double-check the billing information you entered, including your zip code. We recommend trying a different payment method, such as another credit card or PayPal. If you’ve tried multiple methods and are still having trouble, contact us, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We’re committed to ensuring you and your little one are always happy. That’s why we stand by everything we sell, 100%. If you or your baby aren’t fully satisfied, neither are we, and we will make it right.

Details:

  • For orders placed within the last 30 days, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. A $7.00 return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount unless a product is defective.
  • For orders over 30 days old, we will issue store credit.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping or international duties/taxes unless a product is defective.

  3. Check your inbox for a six-digit code, then enter it back on the site. 
  4. Select the order you want to return.
  5. Choose the items you want to send back (if multiple).
  6. Provide a reason and add a note if needed.
  7. Click “Submit Request.”

Gift Purchases & Special Requests

We do not include prices on packing slips, so you don’t have to worry about your recipient seeing the cost of the item. Your gift will be a delightful surprise!
